CYCI #140 - A Sketch Challenge

Hello everyone!
Can you believe it is already October?? The summer has flown by, and the chill in the air has arrived!
It's sweater weather! (Well, in my corner of the big ol' world it is)
Canadian Thanksgiving is coming soon,  and we should all be thankful and gracious for what we have been given! This week, we saw a huge change happen, with the news that our amazing Can You Case It blog ending. Eva worked tirelessly along with a Design Team that was always so excited to create some inspiration for you. I have no doubt something will evolve from this amazing transformation.
I have been invited to Design for another team and I will be moving on to that creative endeavor. So thank you, to all who shared, designed, created and believed.
Since I had this card designed and ready, I am using the Can You Case It sketch as inspiration.

I was a bit sneaky and used an awesome Project Life card from the Seasonal Snapshot 2015 set - SU had offered a fantastic sale and this set of PL cards are so perfect for pocket scrapbooking AND card making !

Here are the details:
Stamp: (SU!) Thoughtful Branches/And Many More
Ink: (SU!) Soft Suede/Versamark
Paper: (SU!) Whisper White/Kraft/Delightful Dijon/Early Espresso/Pumpkin Pie
Tools: (SU!) Beautiful Branches thinlits/ (SU) Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Embossing folder/Seasonal Snapshots 2015 PL card

Everything came together quick and easy using that PL card - and the embossing folder is GORGEOUS - perfect for a fall/winter card. Oh - and here is a little hint: before you place your cardstock in the embossing folder, give it a LIGHT mist of water - it will give your paper a bit of "stretch" going through your Big Shot, and the paper will have some "give" to it. :)

I will be moving over to Atlantic Hearts Challenges as a Design Team member beginning tomorrow, so I will still be creating on a weekly basis for inspiration - be sure to check them out!

Thanks for stopping by!
